Instructions
grate your zucchini (1 cup) and press out as much water as you can with a towel. add it to your wet ingredients, splitting the amount evenly between two bowls, and mix in the separate portions of tahini to each half.
combine your flour mixture with the separated wet ingredients, layer into a standard sized loaf pan, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. bake at 350°F for 55-60 minutes and allow it to cool completely.
once it’s ready, pile on as much chocolate tahini as your heart desires. and enjoy warm
